Shipping Information: 

    COSTS:

    UK: Shipping to the UK is complimentary.

    EUROPE: For delivery to Europe, for orders under £350, we charge a flat fee of £10. It costs us more than this however we are happy to subsidise this for our international customers!*

    International: For delivery anywhere outside of Europe, for orders under £350, we charge a flat fee of £15. It costs us more than this however we are happy to subsidise this for our international customers!*

    Please allow our team 1-2 business days to fulfil and dispatch all orders. Once we have dispatched your suit, the shipping times vary depending on where you are, so please check below. 

    Once your order has shipped we are unable to cancel, re-route or expedite your package.

    Please note - for international orders, additional import costs / duties / VAT may apply for goods coming from the UK. These are to be covered by the customer and are not controlled by My Sunday Ski. If you refuse delivery for any reason, the customer is responsible for the contents of the order. Once the goods arrive back, the customer will be refunded minus any costs incurred.

    UK Express (United Kingdom): 1-2 business days

    EUROPE: 

    European Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.                               

    INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE OF EUROPE): 

    International Express Shipping: 3 business days

     How do I track my package?

    If you entered your phone number and email at checkout, you will receive SMS updates and an email with tracking information. This information is generally available throughout the day however most information is usually available towards the evening of the date of delivery or attempted delivery, once the courier returns from their route. 

    Delivery status information includes information about the date and time of delivery, or attempted delivery, an estimated time of delivery (if available) and the location of the parcel (mailbox, reception desk, neighbour, etc.)
