UK: Shipping to the UK is complimentary.

EUROPE: For delivery to Europe we charge a flat fee of £10. It costs us more than this however we are happy to subsidise this for our international customers!*

International: For delivery anywhere outside of Europe we charge a flat fee of £15. It costs us more than this however we are happy to subsidise this for our international customers!*

Please allow our team 1-2 business days to fulfil and dispatch all orders. Once we have dispatched your suit, the shipping times vary depending on where you are, so please check below. 

Please note, once your order has shipped we are unable to cancel, re-route or expedite your package.

*Any additional import costs / duties / VAT are to be covered by the customer. If you refuse delivery for any reason, then you are responsible for the contents of that order and will not be eligible for a full refund.

 How do I track my package?

If you entered your phone number and email at checkout, you will receive SMS updates and an email with tracking information. This information is generally available throughout the day however most information is usually available towards the evening of the date of delivery or attempted delivery, once the courier returns from their route. 

Delivery status information includes information about the date and time of delivery, or attempted delivery, an estimated time of delivery (if available) and the location of the parcel (mailbox, reception desk, neighbour, etc.)
